BACKGROUND
The Center for Corporate Governance (CCG) was founded on January 1st, 2005, by a grant from Copenhagen Business School. Corporate governance is defined as “the control and direction of companies” by ownership, boards, incentive systems and other mechanisms.
CCG serves as a forum for the advancement of knowledge in the area of corporate governance, fostering collaboration among researchers from various departments and institutions, both within and beyond Copenhagen Business School.
