Jesper Lau Hansen (University of Copenhagen, Denmark) is professor and Head of CCCL at University of Copenhagen. His current research includes an introduction to Company Law and Financial Regulation, various papers on new EU financial regulation and a comparative study of the regulation in the five Nordic countries of publicly traded companies. His academic field of interest lies within financial market law, corporate law, market law incl. competition law, EU and EC law, comparative law, and arbitration.
