Jonas Hedman is a Professor at the Department of Digitalization at CBS. He explores how digitalization transforms businesses and society. His particular empirical focus is the financial sector sector and how technological innovations such as OpenAPI, smart money, and CBDC shapes the sector. Furthermore, he is also studying how global online market places (GOMPs) are transforming commerce.
