NFGS I – project report

The core goal of the first part of the Nordic Finance and the Good Society (NFGS) research project was to analyse the new strategic perspectives and trends within the financial sector and bring to light the opportunities and challenges the financial sector may experience in the coming future.

Furthermore, the project aimed to contribute to discussions on future strategy and policy in both a Danish and Nordic context, as well as to provide new knowledge on corporate governance and financial strategy that can aid in developing new teaching areas. One of the recommendation of the research project was that there was a need to establish a new set of Nordic financial corporate governance principles.
