Nis Jul Clausen

Nis Jul Clausen (University of Southern Denmark, Denmark) is Professor of Law at the Department of Law at University of Southern Denmark. Since 1995 he was a permanent Scholar in Residence, Duke University, School of Law, USA, and from 1983 to 1997 he was Associated Professor at Odense University, Aarhus School of Business and Copenhagen Business School. His research is mainly within the area of business law the primary focus is on national and international company law, securities regulation, law of finance, and banking law.
