We preserve the Nordic Corporate Governance Model through research, outreach, and data access. The Nordic Corporate Governance Network & Quantitative Database is a partnership between the leading business schools in Scandinavia. Nordic firms are known for their special corporate governance characteristics: two-tiered, transparent, and representative. And we aim to keep it that way.

The Database

Ready to immerse yourself in data? The database will aim to serves researchers with data for projects that can help shed light on the structural causes and effects of Nordic corporate governance characteristics, in order to protect the Nordic model’s competitive advantage. The Network

The Nordic Corporate Governance Network (NCGN) is a network for Nordic researchers in corporate governance. It was founded in 2010 with the aim of contributing to a deeper international understanding of the Nordic corporate governance model. The Network arranges workshops and colloquia, promotes cooperation between Nordic researchers and aims to make research results more visible in the Nordic region and on an international arena.
